I brought my 2013 Nissan Juke to Joe with a metallic grinding sound upon acceleration. Based on common issues with this make/model, I feared the worst (need a new tranny), but after inspection, Joe called me and said it was just a loose heat shield. When I got to the shop to pick up the car, I tried to pay, but Joe said don't worry about it! I obviously tried again, but he insisted no charge...and he fixed the loose heat shield! Clearly a kind, honest operator - we will be back whenever we need a service that he'll let us actually pay for. Highly recommended!

Very Happy with a complete transmission rebuild. It's been months ago and working great. Also was better price than the other guy. Van was in and out on the time promised. YES I WOULD RECOMMEND. Thank you

This place is unbelievably great! I had an issue, they did some great trouble shooting, made a few repairs, and I was on my way. My van is running better and thank you for catching that seal leak! You're awesome 😎

Joe was great. He kept me in the loop with what was going on. He came highly recommended to me and I see why. Great work, great communication and upfront about all the expenses. If you need work done to your vehicle j-car is who you want to call.

Joe is an honest mechanic. My 2018 express van was throwing a code for a transmission issue. I went to another popular specialist and he told me my van needed a total transmission rebuild. He said it would take 2 weeks and be $6,700. I thanked him and told him I would need another opinion. I called J-Car Transmission and explained my situation to Joe over the phone. He was happy to take a look at the vehicle. He was able to fix the issue without totally rebuilding my whole transmission. He was also very clear on what he found to be the problem and the solutions. His price was $2000 and he fixed it in a couple of days. So far, I could not be happier with the way the van is driving. I would highly recommend going to J-Car Transmission. Joe is honest and he does great work. Thanks Joe for fixing my vehicle!!
